Bounce House Rental Agreement

This Bounce House Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on this ___ day of [Month], [Year] by and between Atlantic Breeze Inflatables ("Owner") and the undersigned customer ("Renter").

1. Rental Period and Equipment

The Renter agrees to rent the following equipment from Atlantic Breeze Inflatables:

• Delivery Address: [Event Address]

2. Rental Fee and Deposit

• Total Rental Fee: $[Amount]

• Security Deposit: $[Amount] (if applicable)

• Cancellation Policy: [Lose Deposit if canceled within 48 hours]

3. Responsibilities of the Renter

The Renter agrees to:

• Clear the setup area of any obstructions, including but not limited to rocks, sticks, toys, pet waste, and fire ant piles.

• Ensure constant adult supervision of children while using the inflatable and related equipment at all times.

• Not move or relocate the bounce house or equipment after it has been set up by Atlantic Breeze Inflatables. The equipment must be used only as intended.

• Ensure no use of food, drinks, face paint, glitter, spray paint, confetti, silly string, or any other messy substances inside or near the inflatable. Failure to comply will result in a $150 cleaning fee.

• Provide access to the setup area with a minimum gate width of 42 inches, and ensure the path is clear of vehicles, boats, trailers, and other obstacles.

• Ensure the inflatable is not used in inclement weather, including rain, high winds (exceeding 20 mph), or lightning.

• Provide adequate power supply as described in the equipment details. If sufficient outlets are unavailable, the Renter will rent a generator from the Owner or provide one themselves.

• Agree to the listed maximum occupancy for the inflatable and follow all safety guidelines provided by Atlantic Breeze Inflatables.

4. Safety and Use

• The Renter acknowledges that the use of the inflatable involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or equipment failure. The Renter agrees to assume all responsibility for the safety and supervision of all participants.

• The Renter shall not allow food, drinks, sharp objects, or shoes inside the bounce house.

• No water should be used in any dry unit unless otherwise specified for wet use.

• The equipment must not be moved or altered after it has been installed by Atlantic Breeze Inflatables. It is to be used only as instructed.

• Failure to follow the no food, face paint, glitter, spray paint, silly string, or confetti policy will result in an automatic $150 cleaning fee.

5. Release of Liability

The Renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Atlantic Breeze Inflatables and its employees from and against any and all liabilities, claims, demands, damages, or injuries, including reasonable legal fees and costs, arising from or related to the use of the rental equipment.

6. Damage to Equipment

The Renter agrees to take all precautions to prevent damage to the rental equipment. If the equipment is damaged beyond normal wear and tear, the Renter is responsible for the repair or replacement costs as determined by the Owner. This includes but is not limited to damage from sharp objects, improper use, or unsupervised operation.

7. Insurance

Atlantic Breeze Inflatables carries liability insurance, but this does not cover injuries or damages resulting from misuse or failure to follow the terms of this Agreement. The Renter acknowledges their responsibility for the safe use of the equipment.

8. Termination

The Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and retrieve the equipment if the Renter violates any of the terms outlined in this contract.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

10. Signature

By signing this Agreement, the Renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined herein.
